about the villas
There are 4 small detached villas suitable for 1 or 2 people. They are all the same size with a shaded terrace along the front of each villa, though the furnishings and villa layouts have some individual differences.
Villa Facilities
Bedroom: double or twin beds, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, chest of draws, double doors opening onto terrace
Living/dining room: dining table and chairs, arm chairs or sofa, double doors opening onto terrace
Small Kitchen:Gas cooker (4 burner hob, grill and oven), fridge, kettle, kitchen equipment in good condition
Shaded terrace: table, chairs, reclining chairs
Solar water heater with back-up electric immersion heater
Broadband Internet connection is available in all the villas (you will need to bring your own laptop).
Washing Machine available for shared use
Each villa has a 40 square metre floor area (excluding terraces) and is at least 10m away from the closest villa.
Air conditioning: currently Villa Sunrise has an a/c unit in the bedroom, but we plan to add more units in other villas
Villa Fig
Fig faces south and has expansive views of the valley and across to Koroni and the sea.

Villa Sunrise
Facing east, Sunrise has lovely views across olive groves down to the sea with the Tagetos mountains in the distance.

Villa Jasmine
South facing with a lovely view across a valley of olive groves and Cypress trees to Koroni and the sea, and has closest access to your car which can be parked a few metres away.

Villa Sage
