Ancient Nemea travel guide

The site is about 20km from Corinth just off the road to Tripoli. There is a Temple to Zeus, a stadium where biannual games were held similar to Olympia, and a Christian Basilica from the 6th century AD. A museum houses finds from the site.

The region of Nemea produces some of the best wine in Greece.
