Booking Conditions:

Deposit

A non-returnable deposit of €300 is required to confirm the booking.

Payment

A 3 month rental period must be paid before or on arriving. For longer rental periods we will arrange payment terms individually.

Letting Conditions

The letting periods are for a minimum of 3 months to one year.

Only 1 or 2 people can be accommodated in a villa.

Children are not permitted.

Sub-letting the villa is absolutely not allowed.

There will be an additional charge for electricity, gas and water based on your usage, payable monthly.

Damage and breakages must be paid for.

Noise Levels

We wish for Gargarou to be a quiet retreat for everyone:-

- noise levels, especially at night must be kept to an acceptable level that does not disturb other guests.

- recorded music must not be played outside the villas - use headphones!

Damage or loss to the building or contents must be paid for.

Internet

We provide wireless broadband in all the villas free of charge. As we all share the same broadband connection we cannot allow large downloads (such as movies), bit torrent, online gaming, continuous streaming or any usage that will slow the connection for everyone else.

Breach of booking conditions

We reserve to right to terminate the let immediately and without refund if you break any of these booking conditions.

Disclaimer

We cannot accept liability or pay compensation for circumstances beyond our control such as:

1) the interruption of electricity and water supplies

2) interruption of the internet connection

3) war, strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, acts of God, terrorist activities, epidemics, weather, government action or any other events outside our control.

Payment methods

Payments can be made in Euros or Pounds Sterling (converted from Euros at current exchange rate):

You can pay the 10% deposit by credit/debit card(additional charge of 3.4%), bank transfer, or cheque(UKonly).

You can pay the balance (Price less deposit paid)::-

before arriving -  by credit/debit card (additional charge of 3.4%), bank transfer or cheque(UK only)

or when you arrive -  in cash (Euros) only please (we cannot take credit card payments at Gargarou Retreat)

Credit/debit card payments

You can pay by credit/debit card on the internet through PayPal (www.paypal.co.uk) , a worldwide secure internet payments system used by many internet companies including Ebay. Do not send us your card number and details by email (you should never do this as information can be stolen from emails on unsecured PCs). When you have reserved your villa we will send you an email with a link that will take you into the secure PayPal website where you can follow the simple instructions to enter your payment safely.
