Qigong
We have a regular weekly Qigong class at Gargarou taught by Mick Tomlinson who has been a Tai Chi and Qigong teacher for many years.
Qigong is an ancient Chinese philosophy that incorporates simple movements, focused breathing and awareness, and meditation. The movements are similar to Tai Chi but far less complicated.
There are many different styles of Qigong -thousands!
The one we practice here is Spring Forest Qigong created by Master Chunyi Lin.

Regular Qigong practice improves our physical, mental and emotional health; it’s relaxing and also develops mental focus and awareness. It’s an important part of our life here.
The classes are open to everyone and you are welcome to come along and see if you like it.
Master Lin is primarily a healer, he teaches people to heal themselves and others through Spring Forest training programmes, and also gives individual healing sessions.
